Why TRT?
We have studied various compounds and tested them in-house. All patients are carefully monitored with repeat labs to ensure each individual receives the attention they require to achieve the accurate dose and optimal results. Because we want you to receive the best possible treatment that responds to your personal biology.
A straightforward, medically supervised process from consultation to delivery.
Complete a comprehensive panel of labs with a review of your medical history, followed by a Nurse Practitioner consultation to assess your hormone levels and health goals.
A complete hormone therapy program designed by our medical provider specifically for your needs — whether improving workout results or treating andropause. Includes weekly B12 + MIC Lipotropic injections for added energy and weight loss & 15% discount on weight loss services.
A follow-up lab panel (generally at 60 days) evaluates the efficacy of your medication to ensure the appropriate treatment is being administered. Adjustments are made as needed for maximum results.
Once your individual hormone program is designed, your medication — with syringes if required — is delivered right to your home or office with full instructions.
Ongoing Care
Regular monitoring ensures that therapy remains both effective and safe. Your provider tracks both labs and clinical symptoms — not just numbers alone.
4–6 weeks after starting or adjusting therapy to check peak levels, then trough levels at 3 months (women) or 6 months (men).
Every 6 months in the first year, then every 6–12 months thereafter.
Testosterone therapy can be safe, effective, and life-changing when done correctly.
Testosterone can increase red blood cell production. Hematocrit is monitored periodically and therapy is held or adjusted if it exceeds 50%.
Current evidence shows no increased risk of prostate cancer with physiologic testosterone replacement, but ongoing monitoring is essential. PSA levels above 3.0 require urological clearance before starting.
Physiologic testosterone replacement generally has neutral or beneficial cardiovascular effects, improving insulin sensitivity, lipids, and vascular function. Supraphysiologic dosing is avoided in high-risk individuals.
Success depends on selecting the right delivery method, using physiologic doses, and monitoring both labs and symptoms carefully over time. Men and women have multiple options — including topical, injectable, and pellet therapies — and the best choice depends on individual goals, lifestyle, and medical history.
